Bristol Magistrates’ Court Listings: See who was convicted in the first week of 2018

Here is your first court listings for the new year, for the week ending January 5, 2018.

Published in partnership with Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the South West, it is a list of everyone who was convicted at Bristol’s Magistrates’ Court.

In the list below, the defendant’s age follows their name, NFA stands for ‘no fixed abode’ and, where indicated, a guilty plea often leads to a lesser sentence.

Reece Baker (22) Braikenridge, Clevedon, Avon. Baker pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a property. Baker was fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Lee Farmiloe (47) Keinton Walk, Henbury, Bristol. Farmiloe pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Farmiloe was fined £500 and must also pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Mark Smith (40) Sarum Crescent, Southmead, Bristol. Pleaded guilty to theft from Asda, Abbey Wood Retail Park, Filton. Smith was given a 12 month conditional discharge
