TRUMP’S HIV INITIATIVE GETS A BOOST THANKS TO AN OBAMACARE RULE: More people are set to get access to the HIV-prevention drug due to a recommendation from an influential medical panel.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force said Tuesday that all people at high risk for HIV should be prescribed the drug that helps prevent it. The task force gave the drug an “A” rating, which, under Obamacare, means that health insurers must cover it fully, with patients not needing to pay for the medication out of pocket.

People under public plans will be covered as well. People will be able to receive the drug at no cost to them if they are covered
